Every bike is shipped via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) Freight in reinforced, double-walled crating. This ensures your ride arrives in showroom condition, protected from the vibrations and impacts of the road.
Ready-to-Ride Assembly We value your time on the trail. Your bike arrives 95% pre-assembled. Simply straighten the handlebars, attach the pedals, and perform a final bolt check using our included toolkit. We handle the complex motor and battery calibrations at our facility before the bike ever leaves our floor.
